Direct Deposits are prioritized and processed daily. Checks are printed less frequently.
To receive your refund or other reimbursement payments as quickly as possible and
avoid mailing delays, enroll in Direct Deposit. Go to the Student Services & Account
Information tab for the link.

To set or update your preferred email address, visit the UAOnline Personal Information tab and click Manage Your Address, Email and Phone Information.

Students* and employees are required to complete training annually. The Fall 2022 deadline for training is October 31, 2022. New employees
are expected to complete the training within 30 days of hire.
*degree seeking, living in campus housing, middle college students enrolled at the
èßäÊÓƵ, or students on national/international exchange who have not completed
the training since July 1, 2022
